Fire-o-Clock in the garden is a beautiful English tradition worthy of imitation. With a beautiful serving, this ceremony will become even more enjoyable.

Time is money

Here you have a great opportunity to save money, because all that is needed for this watch is just an old plate and a clockwork.
You will need: 1 old porcelain plate, clock hands, clockwork, drill with a drill for stone diam. 8-10 mm, small cutlery, instant glue, loop for hanging plates.
Performance: to fix the clockwork and hands in the middle of the plate, drill a hole, and first drill at minimum speed.
Tip: if possible, try the action of the drill on another, less valuable, but similar dish.
Mount the clockwork on the bottom of the plate. Glue cutlery to the arrows with instant glue. Finally, fasten the loop for hanging on the underside of the plate.

Colored shadows
Put the tea utensils on a shelf, light it from the bottom, outline the contours and paint the shadows with bright paint.
You will need: porcelain plates, cups and saucers, table lamp, soft pencil, lilac acrylic paints, brush.
Performance: place the dishes on a shelf, light it with a lamp so that it casts a shadow on the wall. Repeat the contours of the shadows with a soft pencil, then paint over with purple paint.

Creative mess
Freestyle de lux as candlesticks: make a “shapeless pile” of plates, cups and teapots, glue and coat everything with a white glossy paint.
You will need: old porcelain dishes (in our version, these are plates, cups, a milk jug, saucers and two coffee pots); mounting glue; Silky-matte acrylic paint of white color; for decor - candles and fresh flowers.
Performance: arbitrarily make and glue the sculpture from the dishes. Start from the base for which to choose the widest dishes: plates, trays. First, make a sculpture in the form of a column, and only then additionally glue the “soaring” details (cups, gravy boats).
If necessary, support the “floating” parts until the glue has completely dried. Coat the sculpture with white gloss paint. Allow the paint to dry completely. At the end, decorate the sculpture with candles and flowers.

Light tower
Use plaster to combine plates, coffee pot, cups and saucers. Inside the coffee pot, place the base of the lamp, fix it with putty, and then put on the lampshade.
You will need: old porcelain dishes (in our version 1 coffee pot, 1 milk jug, 2 plates and 1 bowl). Mounting glue, putty, simple table lamps with a high leg (when buying, make sure that the electrical wire is inserted at the top, and not at the bottom, at the bottom of the foot, in addition the foot should match the diameter of the dishes). A small putty spatula or other suitable tool.
Performance: firmly install the foot of the lamp first. For this we used an inverted dish, a plate and a large cup. Then we covered the cup with a plate, and put the coffee pot on a plate. After that, dishes, plates and cups were glued with mounting glue. Moreover, the lower part of the dishes was also spread with glue for better fixation. Protruding glue should be removed with a spatula or other tool. Make sure that the parts are connected in the middle and the lamp stands firmly.
Before gluing the coffee pot, fix the foot of the lamp on the bottom of the dishes with putty. Dilute dry putty according to the instructions on the packaging and fill the dishes to a height of approx. 7 cm. Press the foot of the lamp thoroughly into the putty and allow to dry completely.
Finally, glue the coffeepot in the middle of the plate.

Ware for candles
In cups, sugar bowls, milk jugs and other utensils, the wind will not extinguish the candles during dinner in the garden. The dishes can be entwined with wire and hung on beautiful ribbons.
You will need: cups and saucers, sugar bowl or soup bowl, flexible floristic wire, ceramic glue, mounting glue, nippers, garden candles in cups.
Performance: stick the cups with mounting glue to the saucers, and apply a layer of glue to the bottom of the cup so that the parts stick together better. Wrap the cup and saucer with floral wire as a gift. For hanging, attach another piece of wire on top. Sugar bowl and milk jug in the same way with a wire, attach a separate piece of wire for hanging on top. Inside the dishes, put candles in the cups.

On high
The vases and plates of this high shelf are simply glued together. Let the glue dry for 24 hours so that the "ivory tower" does not fall apart ...
You will need: 3 vases of different sizes, 1 tray, 1 plate, 1 saucer, mounting glue, small spatula or spatula.
Performance: make a test bookcase first. Put the largest vase on a tray, put a plate on the vase. Place a middle vase in the middle of the plate. Place a small vase on a saucer, them in a medium vase.
Place the dishes on top of each other exactly in the middle to make the shelf stable. Then glue the parts with mounting glue. Spread a layer of glue on the bottom of the dishes, which you put on top, so the glue will hold the parts stronger. Protruding glue should be removed with a spatula or spatula. Finally, let the glue dry completely (read also the instructions on the packaging).

Broken dishes - fortunately!

You will need: old dishes (ideally - flat saucers). Tools: brushes, putty knife, mixing bowl, sponge, gloves. The tray on which you will glue the mosaic. Contour paints, acrylic paints for putty. Sparkling or iridescent beads. Special glue for ceramics and mosaics. Putty. Hammer, tweezers for mosaic pieces.

MOSAIC TRAY - STEP BY STEP

STEP 1 Draw the desired motive on the tray.
STEP 2 Wrap the dishes in a towel, break it into small pieces with a hammer, and then break the remaining large pieces with tweezers. From the fragments lay out a test motif on white paper.
STEP 3 Now, piece by piece, stick the pieces of dishes on the tray. Before this, mix the putty, paint it and evenly apply with a spatula inside the outline of the motif of the teapot.
STEP 4 Stir the white putty, spread it evenly over the surface of the mosaic-free tray. Press the beads lightly into the still putty. Allow mass to harden completely.

STEP 5 To make the motif stand out better on the background, circle it with contour paint: just dip the brush in the paint and draw a straight line along the contour of the motif
