From twill:
detail of a bag 110 cm long and 52 cm wide
Cotton fabric with a pattern:
bag lining 90 cm long and 50 cm wide;
frill with a total length of 3.00 m and a width of 10 cm;
4 drawstrings for drawstring 88 cm long and 2 cm wide.
Ruffles and ties do not cut, and tear. Then break each tie into 2 equal parts.

SEWING
When sweeping and grinding, fold the parts of the cut with the front sides. At the beginning and at the end of each seam, perform stitching.
1. Bag, side edges, drawstring:
On sections of a bag detail 110 cm long, mark the middle (= line of the bottom edge of the bag).On the side sections of the bag detail, place tags for the blocks, at a distance of 16 cm from the bottom edge, and 2.5 cm from the side sections (= center of the block). Set blocks.
Fold the bag detail along the marked line of the middle with the front side inwards. Sew side sections to a 2 cm allowance using a single-sided foot of the sewing machine to sew edging and zippers, while making sure that the needle does not hit the edge of the block. At the bottom of the bag, seam allowances should be cut close to the stitch line (Fig. 1).

Iron the seam allowances. Turn the bag outward. Mark the upper ends of the wings, backing off at the side seams 10 cm from the upper cut of the bag. For drawstring on both sides of the bag, lay along the line at a distance of 1.2 cm from the edge as close as possible to the bottom edge of the bag, while making sure that the needle of the sewing machine does not fall on the edge of the block.
Using a pin or invisibility, tie the ties one after another and pull them down through the blocks or up from the tunnel, chop off the ends of the ties at the end of the tunnel (Fig. 2). From the front of the bag over the end of each tunnel, lay across across the stitch across, sewing the ends of the ties.
Unscrew the upper section of the bag on the wrong side to a width of 6 cm and iron it. Unscrew the slice again.

2. Lining:
Fold the bag lining detail in half (45 cm). Stitch the side sections to a width of 1 cm, leaving an open section in the center of one seam for twisting approx. 20 cm. Iron seam allowances. Pull the lining detail of the bag over the bag, combining the seams. Chop the upper edges and grind to a width of 1 cm (Fig. 3).To turn out a bag through an open site in a seam of a lining. Stitch the edges at the open area in the lining seam to the edge. Remove the lining in the bag, and unscrew the upper edges of the bag at the fold to the wrong side.
3. Ruffle:
Stitch frill details along short sides to 5 mm allowance to form a ring. To stitch along one section at a distance of 2 cm from the section, lay the machine stitch with a large stitch. Lay another line at a distance of 5 mm. Holding the lower threads firmly, pick up the part to a length of 96 cm (= upper edge of the bag). Tie the threads. Distribute the assembly evenly. Pin the trim along the upper edge of the bag with the wrong side to the front side and stitch it, laying a line between the assembly lines (Fig. 4).

4. Handle:
Attach the handle to the bag in the middle, sew one end to the front of the bag, the other to the back of the bag.
