1. Prepare the fabric - smooth it, if you are dealing with clothes - cut the sleeves, elastic bands and so on. Fold the canvas in several layers.

2. Mark the fabric: you will need many strips of the same width (in this case, about 2.5 cm, you can make the strips a bit narrower or wider).
